Rev. Dr. Stacey Edwards-Dunn
Executive Minister

Rev. Dr. Stacey L. Edwards-Dunn currently serves as the Executive Minister at Trinity United Church of Christ in partnership with the dynamic leader and pastor, Rev. Otis Moss, III. As Executive Minister "Rev. Stacey" is committed to assisting in the execution of the God-given vision of the pastor and responsible for providing support in various areas of ministry such as Program coordination, administration, worship/Prayer Service/Sacramental Ministry, Counseling, Bereavement, Pastoral Care, Educational Care, Community/Outreach/Evangelism, for any/all TUCC Ministries. Additionally, the Executive Minister partners with the Pastor to provide leadership, supervision and guidance in the day to day Departments/Activities of the church such as the Pastoral Staff, Ministry Partners, Christian Education, Center for African Biblical Studies, Congregational Support, Sick and Shut In, Bereavement, Membership, Music, Church Staff and various operational program activities within the church. Dr. Edwards-Dunn also provides support and guidance to the Ministers in Training at Trinity UCC. She also serves as the Pastoral Liaison for the Family, Women and the Media Ministries.
Rev. Dr. Stacey Edwards-Dunn received her Doctor of Ministry from McCormick Theological Seminary where she was a finalist for the John Randal Hunt Prize for outstanding thesis and academic record. Her thesis Project at McCormick was entitled " An Invitation to Wholeness: The Power of Story in the Transformation of African American Christian Singles." She also received a Master of Divinity (Cum Laude) from the Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Chemistry/Biology as well as a Master of Public Health from Indiana University. Rev. Dr. Stacey L. Edwards-Dunn is married to Mr. Earl D. Dunn, Sr. She enjoys spending time with family, cooking, traveling, shopping and listening to 78 records from the Harlem Renaissance period on her phonograph record player.
Her favorite scriptures are Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" and Luke 1:37 "With God nothing shall be impossible."
