Caribbean Connection

This ministry is our Afrocentric congregation's attempt to educate our North American members about the many aspects of the Caribbean culture. These aspects include the cuisine, the peoples, the countries, the customs, and the religion of our Lord as practiced in the various Caribbean places.

Mission Statement

This ministry is committed to broadening the perspective of African Americans to the cultural, social, political, economic and educational contributions made by Africans of Caribbean descent to the family tapestry making up the history of Africans in the Diaspora. The Caribbean Connection Ministry's purpose is to support and advocate for Africans in the Diaspora through education efforts and initiatives. We are passionately following Paul in his letter to the Philippi in Philippians 2:4 "Let each of you look out not only for his own interest but also for the interest of others."
