Rev. Dr. Stacey L. Edwards-Dunn is responsible for managing, directing, and administrating the day to day ministry and congregational care operations of the church. She is also responsible for implementing and providing leadership and effective management of outreach and community engagement strategic plans for Trinity UCC, Imani Village, and Endeleo Institute, as well as mobilizing efforts of community and church-based organizations related to evangelism, program, and project activities for outreach and transformational engagement in our community, city, outlying areas, and around the world.

Dr. Edwards-Dunn holds a Doctor of Ministry from McCormick Theological Seminary and a Masters of Divinity from Virginia Union University’s Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology, in addition to degrees in chemistry and biology, and a Masters of Public Health from Indiana University. She has been married to Earl Dunn, Sr., and they are blessed to be the parents of Shiloh Lupita Emon Dunn.

Jerald Knox is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant, with over 20 years of providing strategic analyses, development and management of large operating budgets. He has many years of experience serving For-Profit, as well as Not-For-Profit companies, in a senior leadership capacity. Prior to joining the Trinity family, Jerald worked as Senior Grant Accountant, for Ann and Robert Lurie’s Children Hospital. There he was responsible for the direct over-sight of 150 federal grants, as well as the indirect oversight of 200 federal sub-contract awards. Jerald is a hands-on problem solver, recognized for the ability to provide resolution to complex business issues in fast-paced business environments.

Rev. Niecy has worked as a Talent and HR Leader, Executive Coach, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Strategist, and Social Justice Advocate for premier enterprises, non-profits, and religious institutions. Her life’s mission is to serve as an Ambassador, Navigator, and Educator connecting talented individuals to dream jobs and roles. She has developed an outstanding leadership reputation as a Team Encourager, Change Agent, Transition Coach, and Corporate Storyteller. She loves people and has been regularly recognized by top executives, industry peers and team members for deep expertise in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion space.

She is extremely active in social justice and social change initiatives, as well as community and economic empowerment initiatives – particularly as they relate to the under-privileged, marginalized, and oppressed. Her natural talents and gifts as a collaborator and pair-of-hands have led to significant and long-termed partnerships and client engagements. Rev. Niecy has also been commended on the unique way in which she engages others, seeking to identify their talents and gifts. She has received many academic honors and achievements, including serving on various advisory boards supporting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Practice Groups.

She serves in various leadership roles at South Euclid United Church of Christ in Cleveland, Ohio and is an ordained minister and deacon. Rev. Niecy is married to her high school sweetheart, Deacon Anthony C. Williams.

Bryan Johnson serves as the Executive Director of Sacred Music. Mr. Johnson researches, plans, consults, implements, and monitors the ministry of music for the church, supervises the performance of the music staff and contract musicians, and ensures the development of their musical skills and talents by providing coaching, training, and workshop opportunities. He directs the rehearsals and performance of all choirs, ensembles and praise teams, and supports the movement ministry partners. He joined the Music Department of Trinity United Church of Christ in 1996, and was initially assigned as Director of the Little Warriors for Christ Choir. Over the years, he has served as the director of the Imani Ya Watume Choir, the Praise Team, and the Sanctuary Choir.

Bryan received a Bachelor of Arts from Chicago State University, and a Masters of Music Education from VanderCook College of Music.

Rev. LaShondra K. Stephens has significant experience in Communications and Marketing, event management, branding, organizational development, and innovation.

Rev. LaShondra holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Chicago State University, a Master of Arts in English, with a focus on Scriptwriting for TV and Film from Morgan State University, and a Master of Divinity from McCormick Theological Seminary where she was awarded the Marshall Scott Urban/Labor Ministry Award.

An ordained minister, Rev. LaShondra is a creative leader with a unique eye for Digital Media Ministry. She has worked as a Production Assistant and Freelance event planner on several events with prominent community leaders. She has trained ministry leaders, helped to organize conferences and retreats, assisted with branding for elected officials, and served as an associate producer for the Emmy nominated show, Different Drummers. Rev. LaShondra worked as a Business Development Administrator at the Illinois Institute of Technology and as the Social Media Manager for McCormick Theological Seminary. In addition, she served as the youngest woman Assistant Pastor at the Apostolic Church of God. In everything she does, Rev. LaShondra’s goal is inspiring hope and sharing Christ.

Kimberly M. Sisney brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience in operations, facilities oversight, asset management, and affordable housing. Throughout her career, she has led complex property portfolios, directed multidisciplinary teams, managed multimillion-dollar capital improvement initiatives, and developed operational systems that strengthen organizational performance while promoting accountability and excellence. Prior to joining the Trinity family, she served as Executive Vice President of Full Circle Communities, LLC. Kimberly is committed to creating safe, welcoming, and well-maintained spaces that support Trinity’s ministries and community. She is a licensed Illinois and Indiana Managing Broker, holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Chicago State University, and the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from Institute of Real Estate Management. She is dedicated to lifelong learning, professional excellence, and serving others through thoughtful leadership and sound stewardship.
